Aura Personal is currently looking for a Diagnostic Technician for one of our clients in Upplands Väsby. In this role, you will work with troubleshooting and repairs of passenger cars. You will be part of a workshop team and play a key role in identifying and solving technical problems in a careful and efficient manner.

About the role

As a Diagnostic Technician, you will be a key person in the workshop team, responsible for identifying and solving technical issues in vehicles in an efficient and high-quality manner. You will work closely with both colleagues and customers, ensuring that vehicles leave the workshop in top condition.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Performing advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics using modern tools
• Analyzing and repairing mechanical and electronic issues
• Carrying out repairs and servicing according to manufacturer specifications
• Collaborating with technicians to achieve high efficiency and quality
• Accurately documenting work orders, completed work, and technical measures
• Providing technical advice and support to customers when needed

We are looking for someone who

• Has relevant education in automotive technology and diagnostics
• Has previous experience with vehicle diagnostics across various car brands
• Is proficient in using modern diagnostic tools and troubleshooting systems
• Is meticulous, structured, and solution-oriented
• Can read and interpret technical documentation
• Thrives in a team environment and has good communication skills
• Can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment
• Hold a valid driver's license (Category B)
